Trained Indian nurses and healthcare staff are in strong demand across the Gulf and Europe. The key is meeting the destination’s licensing and language requirements.
Where the jobs are
Hospitals and clinics across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Oman and parts of Europe hire staff nurses, along with lab technicians, pharmacists and caregivers.
Registration & licensing exams
- Indian nursing council registration and a valid qualification
- Gulf licensing exams such as Prometric, or DHA/HAAD/MOH for the UAE
- Some countries require a data-flow / credential verification
English language tests
Many employers and licensing bodies require IELTS or OET. A good score widens your options and improves salary.
Documents you’ll need
- Attested degree/diploma and registration certificate (see attestation guide)
- Experience letters
