This policy explains how refunds are handled for any service charges paid to Shifa Manpower Consultancy®.
Interviews Are Free
We never charge candidates for registration or interviews. Charges, if any, apply only to specific documentation or service work agreed with you in advance.
Refund Eligibility
- Where a paid service has not yet been started, the amount is refundable after deducting any non-recoverable third-party or government fees already paid.
- Government fees, embassy fees, medical, attestation, courier and similar third-party charges are non-refundable once paid to the respective authority.
- If a selected deployment does not proceed for reasons on our side, service charges collected by us for that step will be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request with your receipt and details to our office or email within 15 days of the payment. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Where the candidate provides false information or withdraws voluntarily after a service has been completed.
- Third-party fees already paid on the candidate's behalf.
